  This place is designed for people to walk their dogs. It is fenced and has a double gate to prevent dogs from escaping. I have no dogs, but I come here sometimes because there are benches to sit, and it is in a pleasant location in a wooded park in a hill. The smell is somewhat tolerable, apparently because the ground is covered with gravel. Wheel chair access would be difficult because the only access is by a sloping footpath.
