"On my behalf and on behalf of my wife, I would like to thank you and your team for the cooperation and generous treatment we have received from you. We and our guests really enjoyed the hotel services and you made the best advertisement for yourself. Thanks, Prima Kings Hotel! The wedding and the entire Shabbos event you helped with was fantastic! - Roni and Rochel"

The hotel is very nice. I stayed in a renovated room (aka Deluxe) with a balcony. The view was great and the room was modern and served all purposes. However, the porch was disgusting, wasn’t cleaned for months . The toilet was broken and didn’t stop making noise. The beds also kept separating. The food was delicious and there was definitely plenty. The service was horrific , the staff was rude and unprofessional. I wanted to have a bottle of wine at meal which is always allowed even in restaurants and the reaction was appalling. It may sound ridiculous however, due to the service I will not return. This is a real shame. P. S. As par the owners “respectful” response. I fully understand regarding the home cooked food, which was for allergy reasons which you never bothered to inquire. My complaint was regarding the wine, which is very easy to check the level of kosher. Not only that but I was told there will be wine served and I asked several times and didn’t receive any. Regardless, even in such a case there is a respectful way to treat a costumer which payed hard earned money, and frankly I thought the behavior was horrific. I was rudely reprimanded as if I was lacking manners for even thinking of bringing my own wine which is acceptable in even the highest class restaurants. This response definitely warrants a lower review.
