  Careful with your payment and credit card. They charged my credit card twice and keep telling me daily that they will issue credit but that was two months ago.

  pretty woman is under new management, but the space must be haunted by the ghost of terrible customer service. for context, in israel, the customer is always wrong, and in the best case scenario, the customer is a nuisance. after universally bad experiences with the old management years ago, i went back to pretty woman against my better judgment twice in the last month, once for waxing and once for nail services. the waxing was fine, quick but not very thorough, i spent lots of quality time afterwards at home with my tweezers. the second appointment was a nightmare- i called ahead and set a time that same day, and then waited there for 25 min before they were ready for me. then the nail technician did a bizarre halfway job without asking me or consulting me throughout the process. when i realized she was finishing me up with a half result, i expressed my dis-satisfaction, she berated me (the customer is always wrong). i had to give her more specific instructions to get the result i came there for, which offended her, and she continued to cluck and berate me and defend her expertise. at some point the floor manager came over to me and said "why do you look angry?" which is about the worst thing you can say to an already dissatisfied customer. all in all, a service that takes 30 minutes in a professional nail salon took over an hour, and i ended up going to my trusted place in tel aviv to have it fixed anyway. i won't ever come back.
