  גועל נפש של סניף. מתן שירות מתחת לכל ביקורת. הנציגה עם השיער השחור הארוך פשוט מזוויעה ולא נעימה. לא אכנס לשם יותר.

  A real disappointment I was 20 minutes late for a pre-booked queue due to a road accident. Not willing to accept me even though there is no other customer in the branch !!!!! Made me sit and wait and told me to come another time. shame
