  It's the Israeli Post so adapting your expectations is mandatory. Just this specific branch is ~more or less~ reasonable. If you come towards closing time in the evenings you usually don't have to wait long.

  זמן המתנה סביר שרות אדיב של הפקידים יחד עם זאת ראוי להחליף את כסאות ההמתנה רובם עקומים ואינם מתאימים למקום שאמור לשרת קהל

  קובע תור באפלקציה ובד"כ זמן המתנה קצר. השירות שאני קיבלתי בכל אחד מביקורי הרבים היה מצויין.

  If you are planning to send a package to Israel - do yourself a favor and do NOT use this company's services. They constantly lose packages, don't deliver on time, and even sell "lost" packages to their employees in a closed auction.
