  I ordered a pair of derailleur hangers from Pilo. They shipped quickly, but the shipping label formatted my street address incorrectly so the package got stuck at the post office and they refused to deliver it. One quick email to Pilo and another set was on the way with the address corrected. Great customer service, and a great product.

  Je recommande cette entreprise qui livre des produits de qualité, sans mauvaise surprise. On trouve des références introuvables ailleurs, même chez les constructeurs de vélo. J'ai retiré une étoile à cause du prix, même si la qualité n'a pas de prix ;-)
