  I had a sudden electric power drop which caused a problem with my power supply - they changed the power supply to an expansive one of an unknown (Japanese/Chinese) company which was not good enough to function with my graphic card so they made me pay for the power supply as well as they told me there was a problem with my graphic card and thus offered me bad suggestions for new cards, I later bought another power supply from KSP which functioned well with my graphic card and eventually got a refund from קניון למחשב - which is nice on their part, but still overall was a waste of energy and time.
