  לאחר שבקשו ממני להגיע לסניף יומיים לאחר הביקור הראשון, החלק לא היה, הייתי צריכה רק אז להפקיד את הטלפון, אני בכיסא גלגלים,הבטיחו לשלוח אלי הטלפון היום הביתה. קיבלתי SMS שהטלפון בסניף. לא ניתן להגיע בטלפון לא לסניף לא למוקד ואין משיביא אותו אלי. יש לציין שבסניף כולם היו מאוד נחמדים
