  It's a shame. The director is a robber. I reserved in thie hotel and the director called me 2h before the arrival to tell me that i have to confirm my room in an other hotel. I booked a room for 972 nis and he wanted to sell this other room in is other hotel 1400 nis. No spa in winter he said. Nothing included in compensation. A pure shame. We cancelled.

  Was good hotel once. Great location for those who loves the sea. Currently still high price but not well maintained. Not worth the price

  We enjoyed our stay in Okeanos. Pool is nice and sea view is amazing. BUT there was a very mean lady (i think she is a manager and she wears black all the time) who was really rude to us. First of all the check out was at 11am which is very unusual to us since usually it is at 12pm in all hotels ,so we was a bit late since breakfast ends at 11am too!!! The lady called us and talked aggressively asking us to evacuate the rooms! And she even came in to the rooms around 12pm although we told her at the phone that we were getting ready to leave! After we finished checking out, a couple of hours later while we were waiting for our taxi, she told us that if we want to stay any longer we have to pay 500NIS! Although they told us we can stay as long as we need after checking out!! This lady was very rude and not welcoming at all! That's a shame since everyone else was very nice to us!

  The building premises is beautiful. Great sea front views from the pool and lobby. The rooms are old and dated. I am not sure I would come back to this place again...
