  I stayed for around 30 days during one of my business trips. I personally loved the place. Room: I stayed in a suite with one bedroom, a kitchenette that contained microwave, minibar and induction plate with a decent set of utensils, a moderately big living area that can accommodate a sofa set and television, a small room with wardrobe, safe and a pressing table. Bathroom was good enough for a regular stay. Service: The staff is friendly and warm in nature. Plus points: Good beach view, close to Arena mall which can cater to most of your needs, walkable distance from public bus stop. Overall experience: Great

  apartment hotel can cooking, near the mail, simple breakfast. room is not big but has a big storage room with closest.

  מקום אחר... לא לכל אחד, כייפי מיוחד, לא פלצני מרווח ונעים. לא לצפות למזנון ארוחת בוקר כמובמלונות נופש ישראלים אבל בהחלט סבירה ומכובדת.

  מקום קר ומנוקר חסר חום אנושי. ננזפתי כי חניתי בחניון התת קרקעי בשורה הלא נכונה. מאין יכולתי לדעת זאת? רק אחר כך הבנתי שתיירים כמוני הם בעצם "ילדים חורגים" ב30 דירות בלבד ,לעומת דיירי הקבע שגרים בשאר 130 הדירות באותו הבניין. וזאת לטרחו לכתוב באתר. נכון שנענו לבקשתי לדירה בקומה נמוכה אך התאכזבתי שלא יכולתי לבהות בים ורק מעט ממנו נצפה מזווית מאוד קטנה בחדר ,ושאר "הנוף" הוא מגרש חניה וכביש. ביקשתי האמבטיה ולא מקלחת, ואכן קיבלתיה, קטנה מאוד, באורך 110 ס" מ ולהפתעתי הטובה עם פתחים של בועות ג'קוזי שבפועל לא עבדו כלל. נו, מילא. במטבחון, המקרר לא עבד כשהגעת, כך שהייתי צריכה להפעיל אותו בעצמי ולהפתעתי הוא עבד יפה למרות העדר דלת במקפיא. ולבסוף כשהגעתי לארוחת הבוקר, עמדתי בפתחו של חדר קטנטן ולא היה לי מקום לשבת. נאלצתי לפנות לאחראית שביקשה רשות ממשפחה לצרף אותי לשולחנה. למזלי המשפחה הייתה נחמדה. והארוחה עצמה הייתה בינונית ביותר. הפלוסים הם: מיקום טוב, חניה, נקיון טוב, חדר שקט, מיטה נוחה אבל בטח שלא שווה 550 ש" ח ללילה!

  A very old apartments hotel in a perfect location, right on Herzeliya's marina. The hotel is part of a residential building, so there aren't that many hotel-related services (like room service). It does have a very nice outdoor swimming pool, though, and a fully equipped gym (located in the same complex of the pool.) Rooms here are actually little studio apartment with a kitchenette and a fairly but living room with an amazing view to the marina and sea. However, as noted above, the rooms are old and not very well maintained. If you're not planning to spend your time in the room, this this hotel is perfectly fine to sleep in and move on to your daily schedule. It's proximity to the beach, the seaside views, and the outdoor pool make it a worthwhile compromise.
