  I bought a combo ticket when visiting the citadel, which gave me entry to the Okashi Museum amongst others. By all means visit if you have the combo ticket, but I don't think it is worth buying a separate entry. Yes, Okashi was definitely a talented artist and his exploration of the colour black was a notable phase of his career, but that said, this is a very small museum, with only a few works on display. When I handed over my prepaid entry ticket I found the attendant abrupt to the point of rudeness, indeed maybe even antagonism. No photography permitted.
