  Highly disappointed with the service! Came with mother and sister without reservation and the hostess didn’t even try to get us a sit. The restaurant was stated to be full and the only option was to get 2 sits at the bar in 20mins. We agreed to take the child on the lap. However, the hostess said the kid can’t be sitting at the bar at that hour. Which is totally ridiculous due to the location in the hotel! We asked for take away option and were refused again due to the lack of it. Moreover, not only the manager didn’t manage or provide any options or apologies to us, she looked very unprofessional, wearing a pajama! A circus with a clown in head. Very disappointed!!!
