  Nails come out good, decently priced, and you could come in any time for an appointment. My huge con: the people who do the nails are not the friendliest

  הייתי בלק ג'ל ויצאתי ממש מאוכזבת. במקום יש הרבה עמדות של לק. כל הבנות שעושות לק מדברות ביניהן מעבירות צחוקים ולא רציניות. הבחורה שעשתה לי את הלק התחילה למרוח לק וכל שניה עצרה תוך כדי כשהיא מדברת עם העובדת שלידה וממשיכה למרוח ומפסיקה וממשיכה- ככה במשך שעה וחצי של טיפול, והתוצאות בהתאם. לא אהבתי מבחינה מקצועית את העבודה... השיוף עקום. המריחה לא אחידה. המקום לא נקי. בקיצור, אווירה של שכונה. לא שווה 100 שקל.

  Very rude. But thats Israel. They dont understand what customer service is or why a company needs it. Like they are doing us a favor and we have to pay them. And no one gets fired! So what can we do...

  Nail Broke after a week. But the reason I won't go anymore is the rudeness. At best staff is indifferent

  I showed up at this place for a manicure. No appointment. Staff were rude and dismissive. Told me to come back at 5 (a few hours later). I showed up 5 mins before 5. Again, the same staff member was rude and short with me. I waited until 5:10. No sign of my appointment happening any time soon - all the women were in the midst of other appointments - so I walked out. The website says this is an express nail salon with a smile. No smiles and hardly express. Unimpressed.
