  At least once a week, one of the ATMs outside the branch is not working, inactive or stuck. The branch's operating hours are bad and limited and no one will give up a day's work to arrive to deposit or withdraw cash at 10:00 at the teller. I do not understand how such a large bank that tries to create a name of concern for people, can afford to be so anti-technological and deprive its customers of such a basic service

  Terrible attitude, zero services, have to chase after them to get an appointment, do not answer the branch phone, waiting time is abnormal. Exploiting the monopoly they have in plowing, as they open another bank here I leave them
