I closed a flight via the internet and when I got involved with the tests and forms during the Corona period I called him and told him that I wanted to cancel and close through him. He reassured me and instructed me what to do with the tests and forms so that I would not cancel a deal that would cause me a loss. It is really, really not obvious that a travel agent probably at such a time does not take advantage of an opportunity to earn and thinks of the customer's benefit, and I am not even his customer!
