  Had a problem on a saturday while vacationing with all the family near by. Took care of us quickly, nicely, professionally. Offered some coffee, diagnosed the problem in no time, obtained the spare part in 15 min, and solved it. In a saturday! Price was fair. If you live near by, or if get in trouble - worth going there! Note that it is in the industrial area of Maayan Zvi, and not in Maayan Zvi itself - call for directions and do not follow the marker in the map blindly if it shows it is in Maayan Zvi itself.
