  Shame. While on their record waiting for the call center they say the branches are open. And while on a website and on Google listed as open I arrived at the place. Clalit's empathetic clerk (in the same space) sat and told me they would not come here another day. When I tried to call to complain at their call center I even got to the center for leaving messages
