::Authentic authentic Yemeni dishes. I am Ashkenazi and fell in love with Jahanon and Kaunas, who would have believed. Still a note: the tomato paste sold at the place is always bland and unsuccessful.

::The owner of the place will please correct me, if he reads this review, but I'm pretty sure I would have come here as a kid, so the place has probably been around for 30 (not to mention 40) years or more! It is true that parking a bit can be problematic at certain hours, but worth it and delicious, even if you have to walk a few meters. I must especially mention the cap (35 shekels) which is made perfectly and accurately, moderately sweet, the yeast did such a good job that the dough is like a cloud! This is after I had not tasted such a cap for quite a few years. Not every day the menu is the same. The guy who served me (and gave excellent and patient service), said that fenugreek and cuban are mostly on Wednesdays and Thursdays. You can call to find out before. I was on Monday and had a baked jahanun menu (NIS 8 not including egg) (and also dough to make at home - NIS 8), and a kebab. The kind of places that are like a time travel but in the best sense of the word! It is true that the prices are not the cheapest, but the workmanship is excellent, professional and accurate, and the quality and freshness increase and are worth quite a bit in my opinion. In the latest photo I uploaded, the prices are updated.
