  The service is terrible, my treatment has been smeared for 7 years because it is not possible to get them on the phone, when I sat and waited for my turn at the clinic I saw how the secretaries disconnect the phones and do not answer calls ... I also took private treatment by Dr. Tzur and he retired in the middle and left me to deal alone in front of the clinic that I am not their patient at all (I paid 12,000 shekels for private treatment) they actually knocked me out and stole the money from me. Terrible clinic does not recommend at all, I did not spend hours in line because of the rush, the secretariat sets a queue of 5 minutes for 10 people, complete disregard for customers.

  There's one Frenchwoman abusing customers and yelling at them. The queues are long with no regard for the time they set for you. They teased us endlessly about the payments, everything with them is unorganized and irresponsible. It is highly not recommended to go there at any cost. I went into a fake account so they wouldn't get revenge on me.
