  After an ongoing search for an oral and maxillofacial physician I arrived at the Schwartz-Arad Surgical Center. Were sounding on the phone really nice I had direct contact with a representative through whatsapp was looked great. I sent all the relevant documents and photos I was told that if we needed they would do a photo on the spot. (I told myself it was great to do all the treatment in one place instead of waiting). I arrived at the clinic at 15:30 when I arrived from Be'er Sheva at fifty an hour and fifty each way. After about twenty minutes I was accepted for examination by Dr. Schwartz Arad. The examination did not reveal anything unusual. After the test we went into Dr. Schwartz's office who tried to upload the photo I brought with me that everything is running under pressure and I while trying to explain to her how to go in and open the photos and my attempts to explain failed I was told "my time is important" I tried to explain to her that I come from Be'er Sheva. After she says she was unable to get in, the assistant / secretary summed up the conversation. The whole summary of the conversation is taken from the summary I have from previous reviews in hospitals. I asked her to take a photo with me, I was told that the person who took the photo was gone (I was explicitly told that if we needed a photo, they would do it for you instead! Repeat this a number of times) After we finished the call I went out to the secretary I asked her to try to open the photos and by chance about the first time I explained to her how to open the photos were opened. In the meantime, they called Dr. Schwartz-Arad, we waited for her for about 20 minutes. She looked at 50 City photos per minute and said that what we saw was known to us. Is it possible to decode 50 city images per minute? I paid 1200 shekels for nothing. Issued me a receipt with a dentistry written on it that is actually salivary glands after a day I asked for an explanation and explained that it is not possible to change the dentistry, just add an oral and maxillofacial specialist (which caused me problems with the insurance company) After about a week I applied for a tax invoice I was told that it is not possible to issue only on the 1st of the month can be issued. I explained to them that I paid with a direct card it is not a credit that goes down at the end of the month it is like a payment of cash goes down at that moment. Just a disgrace

  My mother was in care at the Schwartz Arad Center and her experience was very positive and pleasant. Most thanks to Esti, the nurse who cared so much for her throughout her stay, such dedicated, caring and cordial care! Truly an amazing woman.
