::Very busy and popular. Food was great also. Coffee was delicious.

::Younger girls working there have really bad customer service skills. One time I asked one of them how much an item was and she stared flatly at me and said, "if you want it, take it." (not implying to have it for free..). Another time I was waiting for one to finish up a task and eventually another one saw me waiting so she left some crates she was moving, and came over to help. I told her that I just wanted to get 2 cookies, so she just reached over with her bare hands and put them naked on a dirty scale. Please train your employees with proper hygiene and customer service skills!!!

::Good food, but massive rip-offs. There are no normal pricing and if you don't speak Hebrew you will be stripped from your pants. Seriously? 6 dollars for a single omelet? Just for the egg?! Good God, to get plain butter is more expensive the a bagel toasted with butter. It's kinda messed up how you can spend 50 bucks for a single person on a breakfast that won't even get you full.

::בית קפה בסדר ,לא יותר מזה .... הקפה היה שרוף (חלב רותח) מת5ים למי שמחפש קפה כשר.

::The pastries are great. The shop was crowded with locals while we were there. Pastries are paid for by weight but were the most inexpensive pastries we bought as tourists in Israel. Pretty much everything is in Hebrew; not much English. Would definitely go back for more pastries.
