  ההמבורגר הכי טוב שקיים. בעצם הוא כבר לא קיים. אכלתי אותו. רוצו. יכינו גם לכם אחד.

  הגענו קרוב לסגירה, אבל זה לא הורגש. קיבלנו שירות טוב והאוכל היה מצויין. המבורגר עשוי כמו שצריך ועוף קריספי מתובל ( מישהו הרגיש ביסלי גריל?) בטוח נחזור לסיבוב נוסף. תודה

  מקום עצמו קטן אבל מסודר ונקי. ברירת המחדל של הקציצה הוא medium well הרגיש כמו well done ומאוד פגע בחוויה . ממליץ לבקש קציצה medium rare. טעים אבל לא קרוב לציפיות .

  ללא ויכוח, זה ההמבורגר הכשר הכי טוב בארץ. האיכות של הקציצה והרכיבים שווה כל שקל. המחיר כמובן בהתאם, אפשר למצוא המבוגרים בסדר גמור ב70% מהמחיר שם אבל ההפרש משתלם. טיפה חבל שלמרות המיתוג בתור המבורגר בוטיק אין אווירה ירושלמית נעימה בחנות. היה אפשר לשים אורות לא בוהקים, למכור טיפה בירה והמקום היה כיף פי אלף.

  I've been hearing fantastic things about Memphis and finally had the opportunity to try it out. The burger was tasty but the bun totally disintegrated (which is something that I have seen noted by other reviewers) so that is clearly an issue! I also felt that the offerings were fairly basic with variations on the basic hamburger in a bun fairly limited other than size. Since the advent of burgers bar back in the day (where on one occasion friends went across the road to buy a dozen eggs so that we could have a fried egg added!), burger offerings have evolved and generally new places offer a number of baseline burgers (not just size but the types of meat and seasonings used) which can be further customised with a variety of sauces and toppings which I felt were somewhat lacking.
