  My intestines were removed before they answered Tal, they promised to come back to me and they did not come back !!!!

  I switched to this branch from Yahav, and I'm glad I did. I love my new banker. She really listens, knows her stuff, and tries to help. Yahav has been cutting back on cashiers, and I greatly missed the personal touch. Everything became so much harder and more complicated. They treated me like a criminal for wanting to take my money out of my account. I hope that never happens to this Mizrachi branch. May they always have so many employees who know what they're doing and try to help.

  For many years, although not holding an account there I have used their other services and have always enjoyed the most courteous welcome and solicitous engagement. This afternoon, however, after waiting outside Jerusalem's Ben Yehuda branch a goodly time past the opening hours, and on hold on their phone line, , I discovered that they are on strike, but forgot to post a notice to that effect on the outside door; I realize that this is not Switzerland, but even here there must be a limit to רשלנות!!!
