  Not recommended. When my account was moved to this bank, they blocked my credit card until I received the new one, without prior notice. The staff there is generally unprofessional: Very unfriendly, not helpful and they don't speak English. I got moved from one banker to the next during my first couple of months there (overall four times I think) and neither of them was competent or able to communicate with me in English. I was asked to come in for an appointment and when I got there, my banker told me she didn't have time. Simple requests took forever, were confused with something that was not requested at all and never fixed (instead they ask you as the customer to fix their screwups yourself via the website).

  I went into the branch to check on my dad's account. Must say I got excellent service. Be sure to help resolve the issues that came up with both vendors and billing issues. this is how it is done.

  The ATM is always broken and can serve only their own customers.
