  I came to open an account and received the worst service I have ever received. A clerk named Tammy who acted disparagingly like I owed her something It seems that in this bank they forgot that service is first and foremost and thought that if you come to open an account you are probably in their pocket and they will be able to talk to you like a dog Shame of a bank! Shame of service! Luckily there is no comparison to their service opposite Mercantile Bank If you are interested in opening an account Jump into Mercantile!
