  There is no telephone answer at all that you come to the branch and they tell you we will go back and I will not be afraid to come back. It is simply sad that there are no more options in Gush Etzion

  Service is staggering, they do not need to get better and they have a captive audience

  It is very, very difficult to get a phone answer. When I was able to reach by phone (through a request from the national hotline) twice different promised that they would get back to me with an answer and did not get back to me. Very disappointing phone service but maybe the branch itself is fine
