::Just ridiculous. There is no option to deposit money independently. The machine is not active, there is no envelope option, a queue of 50 people who are not allowed to enter the bank.

::The personal customer service manager thinks he is the manager of the branch, at least😀 Europeans peace management and he thinks there is no one to complain about. He sits on the stock market like at home, laughs, develops, walks back. Only service does not give! And laughs inside as if that's how it's supposed to be. The service on the face! On the day I was scheduled at the call center for my clerk she did not even know, would not update. Her computer does not move, how to do she does not know. It does not give, and it does not give! The service is very poor! I do not know why I replaced the workers with Tefahot!

::Shame of a bank! We were referred as returning residents after 12 years abroad to come to this bank due to the benefits for returning / immigrant residents The manager of the bank laughed in our face and did not understand what we wanted from him .. asked disdainfully how much money we have and where he got up twice and messed with other people. Left us sitting there without saying a word. We were left stunned and just got up and left Shocking humiliating and disappointing attitude !!!!

::My experience as an English speaker has been very negative as a customer of this bank. The service , friendliness and helpfulness is non existent. Everything becomes a longwinded interminable issue. One cannot call the bank to book an appointment or discuss a complaint. Getting into the bank during Covid times is impossible. The doorkeepers have no idea how to handle a screaming mob of customers with efficiency, kindness or courtesy. The English online website is deficient and does not provide satisfactory breadth of application. As soon as the Digital bank opens I will seriously consider closing our account.
