  The banker does not answer and does not return to me. There is almost no human response during business hours. The service must improve soon. I am considering a bank because of the attitude or non-attitude. Following this response and after contacting the Bank's Complaints Commissioner, one of the managers named Debbie contacted me and provided service above and beyond. I raised the rating from 1 to 3 because of it.
