  עברנו לבנק לפני כשנה ומאוד מרוצים. מאוד נוח שאפשר לעבוד מול פקיד אחד שיודע לתת מענה כולל. חייבת לציין לטובה גם את זמני ההמתנה הקצרים בסניף.

  For many years, although not holding an account there I have used their other services and have always enjoyed the most courteous welcome and solicitous engagement. This afternoon, however, after waiting outside Jerusalem's Ben Yehuda branch a goodly time past the opening hours, and on hold on their phone line, , I discovered that they are on strike, but forgot to post a notice to that effect on the outside door; I realize that this is not Switzerland, but even here there must be a limit to רשלנות!!!

  סניף במדרחוב. בו 3 קומות. מרווח. יש להזמין תור מראש לקבלת הלוואה. שירות אדיב. קופות יחסית מהירות. רוב הצוות דתי וצנוע. אין חניה במקום. עדיף עם רכבת קלה להגיע.
