  It is impossible to describe the nightmare I am going through with them. The worst bank in the country. Twice I have invented for them a fat package of forms that they ask for, which requires me to run and make efforts including going to an accountant and a bank, etc., in order to arrange a small mortgage-related procedure. For the first time they just apparently threw it in the trash. The second time I raised my voice, I was sure they would take care of it and finally bring it to a conclusion, but I was deceived. Several months have passed and there is no sound and no answer. And every time I get there, I kind of bother them, it doesn't go down well with them. Bad officials. Cold. Insensitive. Waiting for the long awaited day I will get to finish this awful mortgage and get rid of them forever. you have been warned !

  I came to open a bank account and received total disregard and cold treatment from the staff there. Do not envy your customers
