  Wait for more 30 minute and still have nothing , eventually i cancelled the order and got out.

  The piece of bread was so small the meat was so dry and the service was suck

  With the automatic reservation machines, the experience in McDonald in Israel is nice - I can order exactly what I want and the food arrives very fast. Yet, the hamburger in Israel is dry and lack taste compared to worldwide McDonalds.

  The staff was confused. Messed up the order completely. paid for extras and didn't get them. I have ordered on the App in advance and nothing was ready, received the ice creams with no covers and the drinks with no bags..I had to go back and replace half of the order and get the items forgotten by the staff.
