  Dry cold tasteless food.. Long time waiting.. Other Macdonalds restaurants are much better.

  Exclusions at first were bad but after mechanization it improved for the better

  I placed an order at the McDonald's branch at Meir Kfar Saba Hospital. I opted for a hamburger without a tomato, but in practice there was a tomato. I showed the seller the order and what I received. I was told they could take out the tomato. I explained that it was inconspicuous to me because my airways were swollen and it always ended in hospitalization. I asked them to make me a new one and they refused. I was severely disappointed. Of course I threw away the hamburger. I'm sure I will not place another order at McDonald's.
