  Outstanding service and best prices! I've tried 5 other e-bike shops and they are both more expensive and with a far less good customer service than those guys!

  I recently bought a GreenBike - Comfort from this store. I have several reasons for writing a very favorable review. First - Service. There are two men that run the place, one of them speaks fluent English, that's big for me! He wasn't pushy, he was extremely knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me more than I needed. In fact he asked me how I would use it. In my opinion that's an important question. Too often sales people try to sell us an item based upon a dream need. I was sold a bike that could hold a child's seat, didn't go too fast and is easy to get on and off of, the model I chose has a very low bar for mounting. Second - I shopped around for the best price. He blew away the competition, without even haggling once, by several hundred shekels. I compared the prices on Zap. Three - I had a problem. He fixed it! Fourth and final - The selection. It's the biggest of any I found when going from shop to shop comparing. BTW - He has a very nice selection of used e-bikes, but I was looking only for a new one. These guys are honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and nice! I know that I can send friends to them and feel confident they will also receive the same outstanding service.. BTW #2 - I was able to ride it home after buying it. The battery was charged and ready to go. Another store required waiting a few days to have the bike made ready, they had to get it from the warehouse. I don't know it that's true of all stores, but it was important to me at the time, since I really did need it right away, to use Sunday morning, I bought it Friday afternoon.
