  Aka as Heihal HaTarbut is not really a mall as people know it. It is the cultural center of Rishon, shufersal supermarket and some small outside shops around it. This plce has a lot of interesting plays and concerts and the best ice-cream shop in town is there too(deli cream). Also one of the few left or the only one i know about- photo shop, where people can get hard copies of their photos.
