  אין על גבינות קדוש צפת!!!הגבינה המלוחה הקשה המקורית שמכינים בסלי נצרים והיא מחזיקההשנה שלמה!!!

  Great people making excellent cheese ! This is a 7 generation business running from 1818 by the same family. Great hospitality and devine tastes

  Really nice place. The cheese might be more expensive than in a supermarket but is much better - actually the best I ate in Israel by now. Just buy a little bit of everything, take a seat in front of the shop and enjoy the amazing cheese (and the view). It might be useful to fix a price in advance to avoid unnecessary trouble. 50 NIS should be easily enough for two persons.

  ביקרנו אתמול. קנינו כ200 גרם גבינה וכ100 גרם חלבה, זה עלה 50 שח (מחיר מופקע). מלבד זאת תנאי אחזקת הגבינות היו גרועים. כשהגעתי הביתה השלכתי את הגבינה לאשפה כשהבחנתי שהיא מעופשת לגמרי. לא מומלץ בלשון המעטה לידו יש את מחלבת המאירי. תנאי קירור הולמים. הכל היה בתוך המקרר כשהגעתי ולא פרוס בחוץ. גבינה מצוינת. כ400 גר ב38 שח.
