::Customarily, GYMs incline to provide ideal customer service to win over one's heart. Nevertheless, Dan Panorama - Life & Fitness(Haifa) possess their own methodology of granting the greatest customer service: By leaving potential clients to linger for the membership consultant for a countless amount of time due to him being out of the GYM. Moreover, sadly, after attempting to urge the reception desk attendant to call the consultant, instead the attendant advised us to walk near the GYM until the consultant's back. Thankfully, we remained persistent until the attendant called the consultant. We were astounded to discover that he(the consultant) is sick and won't be able to come. Earlier, before the previous event, I came to the GYM by myself to receive information regarding the GYM membership. When I walked into his office, the consultant was distracted by fooling about with his friends. When I stated that I have interest obtain information about the membership and potentially sign up, he chuckled and instructed me to wait for few minutes. I sat outside of the office for no less than twenty minutes while hearing him chuckling and giggling with his friends. I felt that my interest was not welcomed by the consultant. Thus, I left the GYM and continued my day. I highly advise you to search for a different place. Not to mention that the GYM is located within a basement(under the hotel.)
