  This branch, which I have known for 49 years, was the flagship branch of BLL recently dropped from rejection to rejection. There is no reasonable reception of the audience, no telephone answering, leaving a message with the clerk at the center, or not arriving at the branch or even being ignored. Needless to say, faxing also has no response!

  I asked for the opening hours of the branch at Boys 7 Hod Hasharon - and I did not receive it

  I was sent a message that increased my credit line. I made a deal and found out it had not been approved. In a conversation with the bank, it was said that the framework remained as it was and was not enlarged. It causes discomfort and wear with the other side. Even a simple technical operation of dividing a loan into 2 separate accounts was met with a smile and a refusal because it is "impossible" without any explanation. Extremely disappointing.
