  I was nervous to go because of all the bad reviews but it ended up being a good experience. The guard let me in even though I arrived 1 minute after closing. Everyone was very helpful and fast to complete tasks. There is an elevator for wheelchairs and strollers but you have to hold the button down until the elevator reaches your floor (kind of annoying). The staff had a lot of patience for me despite the fact that I don't speak Hebrew well and that I had a fussy baby with me. I went during sukkot so I don't knkow if that makes a difference...

  Save yourself the trip, and rest assured it's closed, regardless of the open hours suggested on the website or at entrance of the bank

  Great location between my home and work and the opening hours is also convenient. You can speak English to most of the staff. Like any other bank you wait on average about 20 min sometimes. Its clean and fully air conditioned and. The website is in English. The app only works in Hebrew.
