  Reduced the branch, relocated excellent bankers and tried builders without service consciousness. I heard a clerk answer the customer in a way that left me stunned, and one clerk laughed at me while I was taking a premium. Awkward ... I'm moving from there to another branch.

  Just horror. Blocking because of technical problems with them. To open, you have to chase them and ask dozens of times. Hurt their customers for no reason and then do not answer the phone
