  Shocking service ... It's not a service It's a shame Not a funny joke Just, not ready to work, not ready to accept customers ... Think we work for them and not the other way around, A shocking experience Highly recommend not to approach this stinking bank ... Just a shame. A manager who does not know what service is, an old woman arrives and they let her stand outside without shame. I have never seen anything like it.

  My twice visits here are quite satisfying, I got to say, even during the lockdown. First, they don't need an appointment. Second, it is not crowded almost all the time (if you try to visit the branch located at City Hall, you will understand what I am saying), which makes the waiting time quite short. In some sense, I kind of suggest the international students to coem to this branch for opening the bank account and asking the basic services.
