  The place was great. Food was delicious. Service was perfect. I know it sounds weird for an Israeli Hotel, but the service was professional from security, front desk and wait staff at the restaurant. Thank you for such a great shabbat!

  If not for lousy service from a few employees, it would be 5 stars. Pool is awesome for how big the shallow is. The views are fantastic for the sea facing views. There is a kid play area with video games foosball ping pong pool etc....that the kids loved. Breakfast is definitely on the smaller side for Israel but the food was tasty! One critique is the no smiles from the main employees. No normal "have a good day" "hope all is well" etc...I do need to call out to the barista by breakfast for her fantastic service and smiles!

  We came with the family to celebrate Christmas and see the city. Breakfast was excellent!!! Even variety of options for vegan :-) all the stuff are super nice, location next to the beach. Recommended

  Great hotel and very good value for money. The room was large and very well stocked. The view was nice and the kitchen was really big for an hotel though empty from utensils. The main issue was the elevators that were small and took forever to arrive. Either build more elevators or fix the ones you have at least.

  I have led numerous trips to the Holy Land and this hotel is always the first night stay. It is beautiful, right on the Mediterranean Sea, food is GREAT, and service is excellent. I take groups of around 40 every time and the check-in is quick and easy. I have never had a complaint, and this is one of my favorite places to stay! I love being right on the beach for our people to relax and enjoy after many hours of travel. Miri (GENERAL MANAGER) does a great job managing this hotel. If there is a need or concern it is always met promptly. You want regret staying here as an individual or as a big group.
