::The facilities were poorly taken care of. Hardly cleaning staff. Our room had dust, crumbs and even unopened gum behind a chair. You could tell people had been smoking in the room because there was a strong smell of old smoke. The food was ok, however we had been in the hotel a few times before and the quality and taste of the food has decreased over time. There was always lack of clean plates and glasses during meals in the dining room. And more than 3 people that were with us including me, we had the terrible experience of finding long hair on the food. I gave 4 stars even though I was disappointed from our last time there because of three reasons. First, the service was amazing from the people in the dining room. They had the place packed, shortage of service dishware and they work real hard for people to be satisfied. Second, the new water slides and mini water park they built. AMAZING!!! And last but not least, the hotel was at its full and yet when we arrived, we requested a crib for our baby and it arrived in no time and it was an almost new bed. Sanitation is very important when it comes to babies. I also noticed that the high chairs for the babies are sterilized after each meal.

::Very dirty hotel. Dirty dishes in the dining room, dirty bathrooms, no carpet cleaning , and a horrible customer service !
Tired Bicyclist
::Update, The management looked into my slight complaint and promised improvement. Thanks! Well, I am by passing bicyclist. First impression: the door keeper. Seems, he doesn't like bicyclists. Then the registration desk: As I am not a hotel guest, they gave me an extra wait... The hotel is very close to the beach. I learned that this is an all inclusive hotel... Update: After three more visits they became more friendly. Door security and bell desk. Bell desk staff speaks three languages: Hebrew, English and Russian because of their guests from that country.

::Cons: Understaffed, mediocre food at best. Took over an hour to get someone to pick up the phone. Hotel is a bit outdated and could use some renovating. Not enough elevators. We didn't use the spa but it was very crowded. You can hear everything in the hallway while inside the rooms. Pros: Location is very good and the beach was nice. Free mediocre booze all day. Buffet has decent variety of mediocre foods. Rooms have a tiny balcony with a good view (at least ours did). Overall the hotel is decent but definitely overpriced. If you enjoy unlimited quantities of mediocre food and booze then you will definitely be satisfied. If you don't enjoy the food then you are paying a lot of money for an average hotel with a good location.

::I stayed in the hotel for a weekend in December with my family. The bottom line is do yourself a favor and go to another hotel. The worst was the dirty dinning room. The floor is sticky, flies are flying around and the dishes, mainly cups, are mostly dirty. I had to go through about 10 cups until I found one that was not disgusting, in every meal. The stuff is mostly nice and kind but some text or answer their phone while serving you..! The rooms are extremely dated, there were only 2 electricity outlets in the room, non of them were at the bed side. Seriously dude, now days a room of 4 people needs at least 6 outlets.... The air-conditioning hardly worked and same goes to the hair dryer. Will not stay in this hotel again !!!
