  I have a car reservation which clearly states ""Outstanding payment - 926.40 NIS". However, they made me pay more than 1100 NIS with the excuse "we did not know that you are 22 years of age", which is a lie because when you make a reservation they ask it, and I have obviously noted that, because the reservation can not be completed without stating your age. The customer support is just disgusting. You try to communicate the issue and their only answer is "You should of read the Terms and Conditions".

  אל תתקרבו לשם השכרנו אוטו עם בעיות בקפיצים שזה כבר לא בסדר כי הרכב זז לכל הצדדים עושה כאבי ראש ושותה הרבה דלק וחזרנו כדי שיחליפו לנו אותו העובד היה ממש לא נחמד ולא רצה לעזור לנו והביא לנו רכב ישן רובוטי אבל לפחות לא היו בעיות בקפיצים וכשהחזרנו תרכב לסניף אחר הוא אמר שזה לא נורמלי שמשכירים רכב כזה בקיצור אל תשכירו שם עובדים לא נחמדים ולא אכפת להם לספק תלקוחות

  Took two hours in line to pick up the car when we arrived - apparently they didn't have enough vehicles on the lot, but then, why did they allow reservations? Returning the car was easy, but it's on the opposite side of the airport and we had to wait 30+ min for the shuttle. In that time, we saw the other rental agency shuttles come and go multiple times.

  The service picking up the car was great. The front windshield was pretty dirty from the inside, we had to stop to clean it when we drove at night for the first time. The return also was fine until it came to taking the shuttle to the terminal. They said the shuttle just left and would be back in 15 minutes. That's fine. When it did cone back the driver got out and started to check in cars. I asked him if we could leave and he said "after I finish with these cars". I said I have already been waiting for 15 min and his reply was "rent from another company next time". I'm Israeli. I know that service is not the best here, but that is just bad business. Get to the airport early.

  I prepaid for car rental but they charged twice my prepayment without any explanation. The person that checked the car stated every thing was fine and promised to email a statement. Never got a statement. Basically bunch of crooks. I disputed the credit card charges no resolution yet.
