  The worst rental company I've ever used! With no information or customer service they didn't answer the phone for over an hour and a half while trying to give back a car a rented. Took me 2 hours to give back the car! Not recommended use a different company. חברה השכרה הכי גרועה שנתקלתי בה! שירות לקוחות על הפנים ללא שום מענה טלפוני במשך שעה וחצי! כשכל פעם שעונים מנתקים בזמן שאני מנסה להחזיר רכב שכור. לקח כמעט שעתיים להחזיר את הרכב. לא מומלץ ביכלל!

  Be careful with the deposit! I returned the car 3 weeks ago with the confirmation OK but they still keep it. I have email them three times and also phone there with the request for explanation - but no answer. As for me I will never use them again. Ondrej
