::Horrible customer service. First, when you order their product online, you cannot pay for it online, you have to wait for them to call you the next day to take your credit card information "until they set up the new system." Second, because you don't see your total in a shopping cart, you will not see the extra charge for shipping -- oh, but they put a "big red sticker" (only on the Hebrew site). When they do call you to take your order on the phone, they do not feel obligated to tell you about the extra shipping charge because they assumed that you saw it on their website (the text was in Hebrew and I do not read Hebrew well) and somewhere in their confirmation email. Do you read your confirmation emails? Guess what, I looked at it again and it's NO WHERE in there about my total price, nor what it included. It merely states my order number that that someone will call me within the next 24hours. When they took my order, they did not mention the extra charge either. When I got the delivery, I saw the extra charge and called to complain. They could tell that I did not speak Hebrew well and could understand how I may have missed out on seeing it, but that did not matter to them. Since it was "written" on the total page that their is an extra charge for orders under a certain price (in small print highlighted in purple), that was enough. They feel like they didn't have to tell me about the extra charge while on the phone with me. Had I known, I would have just bought it in the store when they had the products I wanted in stock.
