  Overall excellent service. Entering the King David is like going back in time where everyone is treated like royalty. A huge thank you to the Concierge Manager Jeremy who not only checked us in with such warmth and made us feel so welcome with his smile and humour but also for helping us throughout our stay. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories and for the exceptional restaurants that you sent us to. Service was a little scattered with employees talking loudly with each other in Arabic at the restaurant and front desk but that didn’t detract from my experience. Finally - thank you to Ron for the most fantastic tour of the hotel. He made history come alive.

  The King's Garden Restaurant was great. A big thank you to Aseel and the rest of the staff for great service and creating a friendly atmosphere. Food was delicious and would absolutely recommend the King's Garden for anyone staying at the hotel or visiting Jerusalem. Would give it 10 stars if I could. Thanks again.

  I only sat on the terrace, but was a bit disappointed. I expected more glory and a more modern environment. The service was good, the view to the walls of the old city is beautiful, but everything (the design and the food and drinks served) feels like a jump back to the eighties. Still the same experience with afternoon tea. It is nice experience, time out from real life, but nothing culinary wise. The price is 120 ils per person, 20 additional if you want bubbling wine.

  The most beautiful hotel in Jerusalem. Full of history and majestic. And the service is wonderful!

  Truly an amazing place where they pay attention even to the smallest details. Excellent service and facilities. Probably Israels finest hotel!
