::Mount Gerizim is the place where God commanded His children Israel to bless (Deuteronomy 27) and where the Samaritans consider it their holy mountain vs. the Jews who consider Jerusalem their holy city. It is a fascinating place to be if you are visiting Nablus and some of the other biblical sites. It is good to spend an hour just to see the sites and make sure to get the brochure that introduces you to the entire place as it contains valuable information to understand the ruins.
