  שירות טוב, הבחור הסביר לי עם הרבה סבלנות והמליץ על מחשב שבדיוק התאים לצרכים שלי. קטלוג טוב באתר. יצאתי מרוצה. לעיתים צריך להמתין לשירות זמן מה, אך זה בגלל שכל לקוח מקבל תשומת לב.

  הגעתי לקנות מחשב בייעוצה של הדר, היתה סבלנית ומהממת! המתינה איתי בכל הפרוצדורות הארורות של האשראי ובאמת הוציאה אותי עם מחשב הרבה יותר טוב משחשבתי שאקנה.

  שרות מעולה.במיוחד ממוכר בשם ניר.הוא צריך להיות עובד מצטיין של השנה. כמה סבלנות. ממש נהנתי מהשרות.

  I was looking for a router but wasn't sure it would fit my Comm box at home, so a member of their staff (Itsik I think) told me I can take it home, open it, try to fit it, and if doesn't fit in can return it (as long I don't connect it to the power, which I didn't of course) I've done exactly that, and unfortunately it didn't fit. So, I went to another branch in order to check if another model (that only they had in stock), does fit. I got a new one, tried to fit it at home, and it didn't fit. I ended up returning the second router to the Dizzengoff branch, and there I got a refund without a fuss. I have bought stuff from KSP before, but never again (lousy service). From now on I will definitely do all my purchases at Ivory. Great service!
