  The worst service ever! They don't want to work or attend to customers. They are only interested in chatting amongst themselves and on their private phones.

  Every time you come here the service is terribly slow. During the rush hour of the place (18:50), there are only 2 facts out of 9 windows that exist in the place! Require to book an appointment in advance otherwise they will not receive an audience, we booked an appointment at 18:52 and when we arrived more than 20 people were still in front of us in line. disgrace!

  The queuing device at the Takol branch. Therefore only customers connected to the app can receive service. Once the queue is confirmed, the queuing device does not issue a note so you need to remember the number (which appears in the background on the screen). I wonder what about adults and the elderly who need to absorb this unfortunate process. Out of 3 monitors that show the queue location only one works.
