::Poor service experience with no solution. No attempt was made to help and solve the problem. Even when I called 171 and asked them to get back to me they did not come back. I asked to transfer an address due to moving to Netanya, I went to the branch in Poleg and twice were unsuccessful, the locality I moved from does not exist on the Israel Post computer ... they recommended going to the main branch on Herzl Street. I went there and waited for about half an hour in a pre-determined queue and when my turn came they could not solve the problem, did not try to call someone who understands, did not try to call the computer - your problem ..... This is not a service I will never go back there !!!
